The wrapper is designed to help stores with permissions problems caused by
perl scripts not running under the acct owner's user id or with "borrowed"
https server certificates.

In the WRAPPER directory there is a README.TXT file that explains a little
more.  Basically, if your OS is not specifically mentioned in that file,
you will need to follow the directions at the top of the wrapper programs 
to install them.
